LIGHTER Body offers live, online practices centered on nervous system care rather than performance. Sessions integrate breathwork, meditation, gentle stretching, and accessible somatic tools such as tapping. All practices are offered with choice, modification, and consent.
The focus is not on fixing the body, but on listening to it..
What to Expect from LIGHTER Body
Each 45-minute practice may include:
- Gentle breathwork for regulation
- Guided meditation or grounding
- Slow, accessible stretching
- Somatic practices such as tapping
- Time to settle and integrate
You are always welcome to participate in a way that feels supportive for you — seated, lying down, moving, resting, with camera on or off.
