The LIGHTER Society is a collective for people navigating leadership, trauma and loss, and growth. SociaLIGHTS come for learning, collaboration, and impact. Others come for movement, mourning, and membership in a community that understands. Many move between the two over time. All belong here.

The LIGHTER Mourning & Movement Club
The LIGHTER Mourning and Movement Club is a compassionate, informal, global support group for people ages 21–45 navigating the grief of losing a parent and/or sibling. This space offers shared reflections, inspiration, and gentle movement perspectives—recognizing that grief lives in the body, and that movement can be one way we support ourselves as we carry loss through our lives.
Here, members:
- Connect with others who share similar losses and understand the depth of these experiences.
- Pause to take up space for their grief.
- Find solidarity in stories and reflections, while honoring what’s and who has been lost.
- Receive support in a space that acknowledges grief as ongoing—not “one and done.”
- Be encouraged to find ways to move grief through our lives and bodies.
